SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the USA. We're working on expanding to other countries, so please check back in the future!
What are your shipping costs and options?
We offer standard shipping on all orders. For orders under $40, we have a flat rate of $4.95, while orders worth $40 and over get free shipping! We use USPS and other major carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
How soon will I get my order?
Here’s our typical timeline:
- Processing: It takes us 2-3 working days to prepare and pack your order.
- Shipping: Once dispatched, your package will usually arrive within 7-10 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that holidays may impact delivery times.
Will my entire order arrive in one package?
Not always. We use several fulfillment centers to get your items to you faster. This means your order may sometimes arrive in separate packages.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link and number. You can use this link to follow your package's journey. You can also track your package by visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation. Sometimes, the tracking status won't update for a few days, which usually just means it's in transit between scanning points. It will update as it gets closer to you.
What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your order hasn't arrived within the 10-business-day window, please first check your tracking for updates. If it seems stuck or is significantly late, contact our support team at support@beekee.co with your order number, and we'll help investigate.
My tracking link isn't working. What should I do?
If you're having trouble with the tracking link, you can try tracking your number directly on a universal site like https://www.17track.net/en. If it still doesn't work after 3 business days, please email us at support@beekee.co, and we'll look into it for you.
Are there any countries or states you do not ship to?
Currently, we ship to all states within the USA. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or internationally at this time.
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
No. Since we currently only ship within the USA, you will not have to pay any customs or import taxes.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple: Start by finding the items you love and adding them to your cart. Next, click "Check out" when you're ready to purchase. Finally, fill in your shipping and payment information, then click "Pay" to complete the order.
How do I know if my order was successful?
After you place your order, you'll see a confirmation page. We'll also send an order confirmation email to the address you provided. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. (Don't forget to check your spam folder!)
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don't need an account. You can check out as a guest.
Can I pre-order a sold-out item?
Yes. If an item is sold out but available for pre-order, a "Pre-Order" button will appear. This allows you to reserve the item, which will ship as soon as it's back in stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a wide variety of secure payment methods for your convenience. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You can also check out quickly using Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, and UnionPay. All product prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, your security is our priority. Your payment information is processed through a secure SSL-encrypted web page and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network. We never store your credit card information on our servers.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax is included in the price you see, so there are no surprise charges at checkout.
How do I apply a promotional code or discount?
You can enter your promotional code in the "Discount Code" box during checkout. Just type it in, click "Apply," and the discount will be reflected in your total.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
At this time, we do not offer special gift wrapping or gift message services. However, you can ship an order to an address different from your billing address.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation, but it's time-sensitive. Please contact us at support@beekee.co within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order is likely already being processed for shipping, and we won't be able to make changes.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us immediately at support@beekee.co with your order number and the correct address. We'll do our best to update it, but we can't guarantee changes if the order has already been processed by our fulfillment center.
I entered the wrong email address. Can I fix it?
Yes, please email us at support@beekee.co with your order number and the correct email address. We'll update it so you receive your order confirmation and tracking updates.
Can I change the payment method after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the payment method on an order once it has been placed. The best option is to request a cancellation (within the 12-hour window) and then place a new order with the correct payment method.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, which begins the day your item arrives. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags). Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email our support team at support@beekee.co with your order number. We'll provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
How do I return a product that doesn’t fit?
Our standard 30-day return policy applies to items that don't fit. As long as the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags), you can return it for a refund. Please email support@beekee.co to begin the process.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. The easiest way to get a different size or item is to return your original purchase for a refund (following our return policy) and place a new order.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
HELP WITH MY ORDER
What if I receive a defective or faulty product?
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@beekee.co within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?
We're so sorry about that! In the rare case you receive the wrong item, please email us immediately at support@beekee.co with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll work to get you the correct item right away.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email.
First, please check your spam or junk folder, as it might have landed there. If you still can't find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly at checkout. Just email us at support@beekee.co with your full name, and we'll find your order and update your email address.

How do I update my account information?

Can I save my payment information for faster checkout?
For security reasons, we do not store your full credit card information on our servers. You will need to enter your payment details for each purchase.
